1. Please keep in mind that we are a volunteer organization. We donate our time and funds to provide investigations for free. Please be patient with us, as we make every attempt to respond in a timely manner. Currently we have a large case log, and it may be several months before we can book any new investigations.
2. If you are experiencing paranormal activity in your home or business, we recommend beginning to keep a journal. This will assist us in determining the frequency and significance of events, which could lead us to possible explanations. A detailed report is best, such as time, date, location, who was present and/or witnessed the event and a summary of what happened.
3. When contacting us, please provide your location and best way to contact you. This will help us get in touch with you as soon as we are able.
4. We will begin by chatting with you by email or phone. Be prepared for many questions and suggestions. The next step, depending on how the initial contact goes, is to do an on-site visit and personal interview. The third step, which is sometimes completed during the initial visit, is to do a full wall through of the area. A walk through consists of taking environmental data, photos and maps. The fourth step is to do a historical and area research, and the last step is to schedule an on-site, fully equipped investigation. We ask that if you have any animals in the location to please relocate them during the full investigation. We prefer to complete the investigation without the clients, but would certainly understand if you prefer to be present. Following the investigation, our team will analyze and review our data and report our findings to you. Please keep in mind that a full investigation is very thorough and time consuming.
